BOOKING REQUESTS
Agreement : The reservation becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of the resevation contract,the deposit and the registration fees, as fixed by your rental contract.
Payment : The balance has to be paid upon arrival.
Deposit : For renting a mobile-home we require a deposit of 250 € payable on arrival. The day of our departure you’ll have your deposit refunded. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit amount. On this purpose we’ll check the condition of the mobile home and the material between 8 o’clock and 11 o’clock. (You’re asked to fix an appointment the day before you leave). In case that you haven’t cleaned the entire location before your checkout, a fee of 40 € for the cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. In case you will leave outside the opening hours of the reception’s desk, the deposit will be sent to you in the following days and within the same conditions as the above mentioned. For a gate-card, we require a deposit of 40 € or a passport.
Cancellation : We recommend to you to subscribe an cancellation insurance near your insurer: the camping do not refund your deposit and administration fees
Any cancellation will have to be notified to us in writing in order to be able to make you refund by your insurer.
No refund can be made for departures in the course of your stay.
Arrival and departure : For the hirings of caravans and mobil-homes: arrival between 14H and 19H, departure before 11H. The hiring must be left clean. Pitches will be available at 14:00 h on the day of arrival and must be cleared before 12:00 h on the day of departure. If your arrival must be delayed, please warn us , without news of you, the pitch or the hiring would be allotted to another person the following day of the date of initially envisaged arrival without refunding of the down payments deposit.
Regulations : All clients are held to follow the regulations of the camp-site. In the event of grave offence or repeated offence with the regulations of the camp-site and after warning by the manager to conform to it, this one will be able to cancel the agreement, without any refunding.
Dogs : Only the dogs with up to date vaccinations can be allowed in the camp-site (carry vaccination certificates with you). Fighting dogs are prohibited (pitbull and rottweiller included). At the interior of the camp-site the dogs has to be keep on the leash and never left alone.
Details of the locations : Mobile home 4/6 persons. Super Mercure: 2 rooms (blankets available, sheets not available, living room and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, micro-waves, shower, toilets and garden furniture with sun umbrella, 2 sunloungers.
Mobile appartement 6/pers. Super Titania : 3 rooms (blankets available, sheets not available, living room and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, micro-waves, shower, toilets and garden furniture with sun umbrella, 2 sunloungers.
Mobile appartement 2/4 pers. Super-Venus : 2 rooms (blankets available, sheets not available, living room and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, micro-waves, shower, toilets and garden furniture with sun umbrella, 2 sunloungers.
